Citizen Charter

The following services are provided through the Office of the Deputy Director, BRDB, Pabna District Office:


· All types of information related to formation of formal/informal associations/teams under all other projects/programmes including core programs are provided;
 
· Information on disbursement of loans for all projects including agricultural loans, micro loans and entrepreneur loans is provided;


· To provide information related to awareness raising, leadership development, management, accountancy including career oriented skill development training;
 
· Support in extension activities such as tree planting, fisheries, use of improved stoves and promotion activities on sanitation;

 

· Support in raising awareness against women, child abuse and dowry;
 
· Assistance in collection, supply and use of agricultural materials from Upazila;

 

· Information on departmental services provided by upazilas under the district;
 
· Provision of redressal of any complaint at the district or upazila level under the district;

 

· All Officers/Employees working in the District Office are committed to good behavior with all concerned.
